If it's the beginning of November and I live in the Pacific Northwest and the leaves are trying to fall from the trees: how come the grass is busy growing like it's May or June? What is the weather doing in your part of the country? (all of North America included) Is it warmer all over?

Down in AZ we have been 10 degrees warmer than average, temps in the high 80's to mid 90's. Cooling down to mid 80's this weekend.

Dare I say the words Global Warming and Climate Change or are they all just Liberal Leftwing plots to just keep you mowing your lawn all winter. I thought I saw that you're getting lots of snow up in the mountains out there. With all those cool toys you've got I'll bet you've got the finest and fastest mower in the area.

I don't believe that I have to cut the grass again The only problem is that I need a swamp buggy to do it as it won't stop raining And I have a LOT of grass to cut >: Luckily the cows cut everything outside the white fence

The weather is slightly warmer down here in NC... the leaves are taking their time turning, so the Parkway is staying open a little longer for the tourists...

After Rita it was sunny for the longest time (and 100 degrees a few days.. I got the sunburn to prove it) but now the cold fronts are washing in. The weather's been a humid 60-85, but when it's dry it's not unpleasant. Not looking foreward to driving the Ruck in nasty winter weather, but at least I never have to worry about snow here.
...heck... I think I've actually only seen snow once in my life! lol

I started this thread about 2 weeks ago and mother nature heard me. Our temps have dipped into the high 20's.at night, 40's during the day. The rain has been incessant and it's not good riding weather. But whenever we get a sun break I try to go for little jaunts.

Finally got real here in NW Illinois. Couple nights last week in the teens but has been freaky warm for late fall for the most part. Spent a week hanging Christmas lights in short sleeves. Poor Ruckus hasn't been out for a couple weeks. Now that my body is adjusting I'll get her out again. Whoa, just looked out the window, snow is in the grass.

Awww...poor Chanito needs to get out his Jacket and maybe his gloves. I'm wearing snowmobile mitts, full face helmut, insulated industrical overalls, winter boots, thick fleece and then a wind proof shell and I still freeze my balls off. This morning it was -9 C which is about 15 F.

Road my 12min. commute yesturday in the snow. What a blast!! Windshield was totally covered but I look over the top anyway. People were driving real slow (first snow always makes em forget how to drive)so I got to pass them for a change. My hands were actually sweaty inside my fur lined hippo hands and @32f, I was plenty warm. Lookin forward to hittin the street when the snow acumulates. I'm a plow driver for the city here so I'll have plenty of oportunities. As for ridin when it's real cold like Dandy. Been there, done that, no thankyou, too much like work and my old knees can't take the deep freeze. ;D Maybe time to mount a 12v heat blower @ the base of the windshield, that should turn some heads.

I gotta say the Michelin Boppers are terrible in the snow. I didn't realize just how awesome the stockers were until today. The Boppers are a lot more round so the contact area is less and they have way less tread. I'm gonna try dropping them down to 10-15psi.

After a week or so of fog and rain, I saw the sun this afternoon and more sun for tomorrow. Hopefully I can get out for a ride unless this geo-contest pops up and I have to go. BC is nice compare to all other provinces but the winter rains kind of get to me, plus I work outside so I don't need to be riding in it(rain) also. Come on sunshine!
