I haven't started the rejetting yet, but I have a new question.
Does anyone recomend oiling the Battlescooter pod type filter with K&N oil? The filters seem to look alike...

If its new from BSS, i believe it is already oiled, mine was..... if not then just oil it lightly, i have the same stuff DD uses, hold it about 1/2 a foot away and a quick shot on each side, make sure not to overlap... its really easy to put on to thick....... and you didnt answer my question  |

On a side not, does anybody know what size jet I should run with a brillow pad filter, 81 octane gas, carb with 5 raisins in it, and soup can with lid for my muffler? Oh, and I'm at 100.68 meters exactly above sea level. sarcasm winner award goes to...losers! it's spelled "note" not "not"...Duh!!!  |

Wondering: Some of the first responses to your question were sarcastic and I can understand how you would be upset from that. You came on here to ask for a bit of help and had a hard time getting a straight answer which is unfortunate. However, you also haven't been helping the situation by constantly firing back and picking an argument whereever you can. I'm not defending the posts in question because I do feel that some of them were rude and uncalled for, but had you responded nicely to these rude posts (ie. "Okay I realize it's difficult to tell for sure but I would appreciate any general tips or starting points that you guys can suggest") then I'm sure the trouble wouldn't have escalated like it has. Instead of taking the opportunity to stop the argument though, you seem bent on pursing it and fighting back whereever you can. Pointing out spelling mistakes is lame, which is what I was trying to illustrate in my last post...no one cares or is thinking less of Jedisabre because he forgot the letter 'e' in one of his words. I was upset when I wrote my last post because things had been calm in this thread for about 10 days and so to re-open the wound by pointing out a lame spelling mistake just seems like a blatant attempt to stir things up. I can understand you being upset at that post of his but if you are going to respond (which I believe you have done several times to that post), then address the real issue...that it's mocking your question, and you'll likely find that things go a little smoother if you focus on that and say whatever you're feeling in a nice way. I realize there's a bit of dirt on everyone here so I'd like to apologize for my actions and I'd like to ask you to please drop any grudges you have against me and the others who's posts have offended you, so we can all can get along and enjoy our common interests  |

That's too bad...I like when people register because as an admin, I can view everyone's email address and then I sell them spam companies for major dough  Okay I'm kidding...that's fine if you don't wanna register. It sorta adds to your online persona in a unique way...by not registering and having a username of 'wondering' you come across as being very mysterious. |

Bottom line is not everyone is going to get along with everyone. I get defensive at People's tact or lack there of. then I get mad cause I get sucked in to the vacuum of people's negative energy and I reply in a way that is perceived as obnoxious. I can admit to being a little hot headed. I apologise If I offended anyone. I'm not going to register because I don't like many of you and I don't want to bother with your style of diplomacy. Oh, and dude, I don't think I ever made any threats. I just look at the IP address to see who's who. And besides, I'd hafta feel a lot more than apathy to overcome my lethargy and make with threats and such. I'm much too lazy.
