Just wondering, what kind of top speeds on flat ground you get out of your scoot? If possible could you list your mods and weight along with it, I'm trying to decide if this thing could get me around town without dieing, or if I should go ahead and get a Zuma, since I know with the 70cc kit and a few other goodies it'll keep me from being too much of a target for the evil cages.

ROUGHLY: 37mph stock. maybe up to 41mphish with shortened variator spacer (free). Maybe as high as 43mph with an opened airbox (free), rejetted (jet kit = 13$??) and shortened spacer, CDI (135$) and 45-47 ish realworld speed (50mph in perfect conditions) with the H.O. Cam (170$ + install) and port n' polish (150).

If speed was so expensive...then how come homeless people sell it?

I looked into the Zuma and loved the fact that they have a lot of go fast parts available, but i love the looks and the four cycle engine om the ruckus, i got mine to run at 41 mph, i wish for more speed but, i need to spent some money for faster than that, and the homeless in Miami do not sell any

Sorry...I'd just read an article about some guy that got shot while buying methamphetamine from the homeless in Ewa Beach. It seemed kinda ironic to me.
