I removed the duplicate thread you had made in another section. Please only post it once and in the correct section!
Thanks.

I'm thinking about buying a donkey for those uphill battles. If someone got a horse, we could make a mule. Woohoo! ;D

Yeah, hills are a "edit profanity"... and there's a lot of 'em around me... which is why I don't ride my Ruckus just everywhere... Of course, I can't neglect my lil Subaru... she sits around almost all week and watches me come and go on that little beast... aw, she's so precious... Yeah, I'm in love with my vehicles...

From what I have been able to tell, there is no magic bullet to improving the performance of your Ruckus. However a combination of modifications will get you a few more km/h (miles per hour for you in the US). everything from engine mods (variator, lighter rollers etc) to electrical (CDI) air intake (better air filter, bore out air intake) and even a wind screen will cut down on your drag to improve speed. Barring that, an engine swap might be your answer. Theres that guy selling Helix 150cc motors for a little over $400 US and he'll install it for $700.
Theres my two cents Ruckass
