New user here but have owned a 2009 Ruckus since new and put 4,000+ miles on it before letting it sit for approximately 4-5 years. I put a new battery in so far and it turns over but will not start (unsurprisingly). Unfortunately, it has sat with around a half tank of fuel for approximately 4-5 years. I plan to complete the following in attempt to bring it back to life, is there anything else I should do?
1) Drain gas and replace with fresh gas. 2) Clean Carb 3) Replace spark plug 4) Check/replace air filter 5) Change Oil
Am I on the right track? Anything else I should do to get this ruckus running again? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hey kansasruck, I do have a few other little things I would suggest if your up to it. -Pull the fuel lines from your carb and your tank and set up a little funnel so that you can run a bit of seafoam through you fuel system, it could be plugged right up and you would never know -check the airlines off your airbox incase bugs managed to get in there somehow -change your gear oil -change your coolant -check your cvt belt, it could be cracking and unsafe -start it with the kickstarter to keep excess load off your old battery (you'll want to make sure it's free anyway) -Check your valves after you get it running for a bit, you might find that they will reseat themselves and need adjusting in a few miles Hopefully you're already out and about, but if not I hope this helps!
