Any thoughts on a rack to haul a Rukus? like to have the rack fit the 2" reciever of my 2018 Toyota 4runner.

I would suggest you get the tongue capacity of your installed receiver and go from there. You'll need a capacity in the ballpark of 300lbs+ since you have a 200lb Ruckus and likely 100lb carrier. Should only cost money. You've got this 😊
