Just bought my first Ruckus (2011) and I love it. I gave it a quick once over changing the spark plug, oil and sea foam in the tank. The issue is once I’m riding and I come to a stop the engine feels like it losses power when I go to start again. Any thoughts? Really hoping it isn’t the fuel pump.

To take a shot in the dark at your issue. I'd say the seafoam may have dislodged something in the bottom of you carb and its gummed up your slow jet a little. Pull it, clean it out, and see if that helps!
