Looking for some feedback on a frame extender which appears to add about 4” to length, yet since I have all my plastics off looks like a big hole will be right in back of gas tank. I’m 5’10” and mostly curious if I’ll be leaning forward like a goof if I do this

To answer your first question about leaning forward like a goof... Yea, you likely will be. Sit 4" back from comfortable on your seat and you'll find out pretty quick.
If you do the frame stretch there are filler plates available to bridge the gap that you will have after you cut the stock floorboard in two! However you should also make sure that you have enough wire in your harness to keep everything working after the stretch. I'd suggest a large engine stretch over a large frame stretch just to keep the wiring side of things easier. If you just wanted the stretch for comfort I'd highly suggest forward frame pegs, it'll let you stretch out and keep the factory seating position for a lack of hunched over goofiness. Should only be tucking for those high speed runs!
Hope you have some fun modding your ruck!
