2009 Ruckus - runs fine till choke is off, then bogs down

HI 
I have a 2009 Honda Ruckus and it starts fine and will rev up until the choke comes off.  Then it bogs down but will still idle.
It always starts fine but bogs down after it warms up where I can't even ride it.

I have cleaned the fuel tank and replaced:
1. Fuel filter
2. Fuel Pump
3. Carburetor
4. Spark plug and wire
5. Air filter. and use to run fine for a while with air box behind carb disconnected but then that doesn't seem to help anymore.

I have tried the ECU reset and nothing.

Any other ideas? Can the ECU be the cause?  
One place said maybe the stator but I thought that is for spark.

I would check your valve lash.
