Turn the ignition to on (switch on run, brakes pressed) I hear 1 click by the battery area, gauge and tail lights up for on sec, then completely dead
New battery. Fully charged with tender
No fuel,
no spark,
nothing works
Except for the One Click
I searched here for hours. Saw similar issues but no real answers. Anyone solve this yet. Thank you.

Hey after noticing that you're posting in a few older discussions looking for answers. This factory service manual may have some of the answers your looking for. Like the location of the fuel pump relay and such. It covers both pre and post PCV electrical systems so it could be helpful to you. Your fuel pump is disconnected, or the fuel pump's solenoid is burnt out.
1. Check to make sure the fuel pump is connected.
2. If connected, remove the fuel pump and check continuity between the terminals. Resistance should be in the 3-5 ohm range.
