Starting Problems

Hi, new to the forums and have been searching for a solution to my problem but haven't quite found it.

2 year old Ruckus
- Won't start with push button, usually 
     - When warm and with multiple tries sometimes it eventually will (but I usually give up and kick start)
     - Get some light clicking and it sounds like it wants to but won't quite get there
- Battery is good (tail light, headlights, etc.) 
- Battery connections are clean and tight
- Kick-starts fine

Hey, have you done any mods to your Ruck? My Ruck had a constant power drain from an improperly installed CDI. It would always kick start, but never electric start.

Next thing to check would be your valve shims. If improperly shimmed the motor may not have enough OOMPH to get the crank spinning.
