Variotor nut

Hello I got a polini variotor and I can not get the nut off to get to it I tried almost everything it’s like it’s about to come off but it dosnt want to any advice? I been trying to use a hammer for both sides I did take it out before but it didn’t get stuck like this

DO not use a hammer. If you must, use an impact gun in the REVERSE setting. You may need to use a torch to heat it up if you've put loctite on it before.
