2012 Honda Ruckus runs perfectly fine when kickstarting but electric start just clicks once from blue starter relay. Batteries good, replaced blue relay, two black relays are good. I'm confused that if it runs fine when I'm out with no problems, that if it's the wiring harness or something. The frame is powder coated and was wondering if that could be a problem. Just want everything to work and that's the only thing wrong.
