Hi everyone,
Rukus has a auto bypass choke system. The Scoot will not start unless I pull out the auto bypass and tape over the opening. Then it will run OK. I am also able to adjust the mixture,OK. If I pull the tape off it dies. I have cleaned the carb, installed new jets, new auto bypass ,and reset the ECM. Any ideas would really help
