Noticed this the other day. Apparently my front brake cable rubs against my front wheel. The cable doesn't appear to have anything that keeps it from leaning against the wheel. In one of the pictures I've pulled the cable back away from the wheel to show the wear and tear from the contact. Wasn't sure if others have had this problem or know of any solutions for me to keep the cable off of the wheel. This is my 3rd Ruckus and I've never had this problem before. Any help is appreciated.

There should be a metal wire loop above the wheel where those two cables route before heading up inside the battery box and up to the handlebars. is that there? if it is maybe the speedo cable has been torqued and that stress from the extra torque applied to the wire is pushing it toward the wheel. You should seal up that worn away patch and lube the cable. try loosen the cable and let it go free, torque it away from the wheel and find a position where its at rest so its not touching the wheel anymore, if you can, loosen the cable at its mounting to the wheel and reposition it so it's tightened and pushing the cable away from the wheel. I've never had to mess with this but that's where I would start.

The metal wire loop is still there but is not helping to keep the cable off the wheel. Hadn't thought (or noticed) torqued line, but will try to disconnect and reattach after releasing any twisting. Thanks for the input!
