Hello all.
I swapped out stock carb for a pe20. After tuning runs great. Except I cannot kill engine with electric switch, or key. I can take key out of ignition and it still runs. I end up killing engine by blocking intake or pulling up on carb lever. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix? Other than reinstalling original carb...
