2002 Metropolitan II, I bought if from someone that had it sitting for a long time, so i figured I could clean the carb and I would be golden, wrong.
I currently have a new aftermarket carb in it, It starts and idles great, sometimes I can rev it right after starting, then bogs down and won't rev again.
When I take the top off the carb and manually lift the diaphragm I can rev it more, but I don't think it reaches full rpm.
Would a leak in the airbox cause this?
I have tested the fuel flow, pump and filter are fine. I have drained the tank and put new gas in.
At this point I feel like it may be some vacuum issue, but I'm not familiar with the vacuum system.
