So I bought a Ruckus stretched with a fatty tire as a no start. Being a certified mechanic figured it would be an easy fix. I’ve replaced the pump. I’m stumped I have the service manual and going through fault tracing has led me to a weird issue with the manual. Section 19-18 test 3 basically it says if there is continuity between pump ground wire to ECM that it’s bad. But that doesn’t make sense because the ground is supplied from the ECM. I’m stuck with power on both sides of the pump the pump won’t run. I’m kinda thinking ECM but I’ve swappwd the ECM onto a known good ruckus and it ran.
