I have a 2009 Ruck with approx 5,000 miles on it and the intake valve (occasionally the exhaust but not as often as intake) has been needing adjustment about every month or so. I have now installed the smallest shim in my kit (1.20) to the intake valve and the gap is still to tight to get the .10mm gauge in there with it at TDC. Is there a place that sells thinner shims (i.e. 1.15/1.10)? I really want to avoid "sanding" the 1.20 shim down and will exhaust other avenues first. The exhaust valve gap measures fine. If shimming the intake valve is out of the picture what would be the next logical option? Thanks to all in advance!
