My 2012 Ruckus was working fine this summer and then this past week, would not start. It would turn over (battery good, tested at 13 volts) but not start.
After changing the fuel pump, the Ruckus would not turn over and all I get is a double flash and click at the speedometer and a flash of the rear tail light. No head lights, no instrument light flashing, nothing. Fuses are all good.
What could I be missing?
