Wondering how I can achieve 35mph uphill I don't care about more speed. Stock speed is fine for me as I only ride 5 to 6 miles to work everyday. Just wish it wouldn't bog so bad up hills. If it would do 35mph uphill I would be happy. Thanks

A few ideas that MIGHT work for you. First thing to understand is that there are many factors that come into play while trying to achieve your goal. The weight of the rider, elevation, air temp humidity etc. with that said these upgrades MIGHT help you out a bit but you may have to do some trial and error to figure out what is best for you. Last thing is that the stock Ruckus is made for just that and any modification done effects another part that might/should be upgraded to be safe not only for you but also the motor. I would start all at one time with a upgraded belt and variator kit, roller weights, carborator jetting, exaust upgrade and your breaking system. Increasing speed or power will effect your stopping time etc. next look at getting lower and stretched out while replacing anything from the Ruckus you don’t really need like the large turn signals and bar stool height seat. Lower the seat and get some new handle bars all this stuff will get you more arrow dynamic and in turn some more go and less drag. I’m not saying you will hit 50 but anything to help will get you one step closer to your goal. Hit me up if you need help I have stripped down and rebuilt 3 so far and have been modifying and making my own updates since people charge crazy prices for things you can use from other bikes or 4 wheelers dirt bikes I can keep going. Hope this helps I’m not a pro but I got some skill.
