Zoomania Front Under Cover + Kitcao subframe

I haven't found members who have this specific combination, but I might as well try to ask opinions about the compability of these 2 products...

The cover has a certain width and the subframe too, but its hard to see if the frame would fit between the neckpart.


These are the closest pictures of the subframe installed with a view of the neck I could find...





I thinks its gonna be a very close call, but it'll fit.
If it does however, I think both will touch one another.

What do you guys think?

crap, Webike mailed me, informing me to give them instructions

from the 2 items, one item was out of production and out of stock as well, the Kitaco subframe :headbashing:
Now they update their stock information on the website... :dubious:

But I told them to send over the feet pegs that go with the frame and managed to find the only Kitaco subframe available so it seems, from Amazon.co.jp.

Estimated arrival begin 2017.

Finally after waiting for what seems ages, I got the kitaco subframe!
its a nice heavy duty piece of kit

unfortunatelly, it wont go together with the Zoomania Under Cover.


The under cover is 15 cm wide where it meets with the subframe.
And the subframe only allows a width of 12.4 cm.


I thought it would be like this and I said I would cut the carbon Under Cover, but now I see both parts, I think it makes more sence to tackle subframe.
So I got to somehow create about 2.6 cm of space, or 1.3 cm on each side.

I think there are 3 options:
- bending the subframe, will be tricky since the 2 mounting points can go out of position and you gotta do some more bending elsewhere

- cutting the frame at that areas so the neck parts fits nicely in between, downside it it will be prone to rust?


- pinching that area so narrow the neck parts fits nicely in between.


I'm for pinching, but I got no tools to heat up such a heavy duty tubular structure, so sunday I'll ask a Zoomer specialist from Holland.

The Kitaco subframe is being modified so it can go together with the Zoomania Under Cover by a Zoomer freak from Holland, can't wait for the final result.

He would update me with pictures of the modification.
