my rucks 4587 miles and it started acting sluggish and it would slip when i took off so i tried replacing the roller weights and it totally worked from going a horrible 36 mph for months it went all the way to 40 mph after replacing the roller weights but 20 miles in the ruck started making a harsh grinding rubbing noise either in the area where the radiator is or the engine almost, the grinding would go in a pattern on and off then when the grinding started the ruck almost stalls out then the grinding stops and then runs normal for like 3-4 seconds then starts back up whats going on?!?
thanks for reading,
cam,

The kick starter used to hang up on old ruckii due to rubber from the belt gumming the mechanicals, take the cover out and check if the problem is gone, more than likely you will need to clean it and lube it
