Running great in the cold mornings but sputters and runs a little slower from 15-22 mph on the hot ride home.
I am in Utah with high altitude so how can i jet this better for the dramatic climate changes?

I suspect that during the cool mornings that your idle enrichment circuit stays engaged for a longer time (automatic choke type system that really just pumps more gas through the carb mix). Then in the afternoons it shuts off quickly. When you first start out in the afternoon does it run OK for a half mile or so until it's warmed up? If so, you can adjust your idle mixture screw to give it a little more gas or do what I did when I was in Key West, I shimmed the needle. It worked. When I got back home to 2000' ABSL I left the shim in place and cut back the fuel mix with the IMS.

Yep, re-set the idle, and raise the needle.....I've had this issue to a "slight degree" on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Mt. Pisgah Area before.....
