I actually saw a Ruckus Trike today... I appreciate that people mod these, but a Trike, for real?  I guess Im a little bias, I think Trike motorcycles even look stupid... Whats the point? You took a two wheeled vehicle and basically made a three wheeled convertible car................ I stopped to talk to the guy who owned it, I live in KY so to see a Ruckus here is rare if at all, he said "So when are you gonna make yours into a Trike?" I replied "There's not enough beer in the world to make me think turning mine into a Trike would ever be a good idea..."  |

Well I live close to the border of southern central Kentucky, my buddy and I love to ride in KY all the time, the back roads are awesome plus there's all kinds of cool stuff to see. Usually we cruise around Todd, Christian, and Logan counties. And yea a ruckus trike.....while interesting I can't lean in corners thus the idea becomes dead to me.

Two Wheels, 3 Wheels, 4 Wheels, They're all FUN...I've had Scooters, Choppers, Sport Bikes, Cruisers, Gold Wings, Race Cars, Race Karts, etc., etc., etc. ....I never snub any of em'.....and "almost" Triked my Last Ruckus if I hadn't sold it to a Friend.....  |

You're sure this was a Ruckus trike? They make 125-250cc Chinese Ruckus clone trikes that are VERY cheap.
Webike.net sells a Ruckus trike kit as well. It's like 2k...

Natron, yes it was a ruckus trike... Ive seen those cheap chinese clones you speak of, but this was actually a ruckus... I should have taken a picture of it...
Skuuter, Im happy you like your trikes, but I just think they are pointless, Ive operated one a few times before and its just pointless to me, it was like riding a motorcycle with training wheels. The whole point of a Motorcycle is that its on 2 wheels.

 Hey stop with the trike hating I am in the process of designing one which will be used by me  Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, now that i have a weak knee(it broke and had to have some titanium add to it) due to a ruckus accident, my only option is to ride with training wheels, this one however will have two in the front, i will post the sketches later

Ain't nothin wrong with a trike. There's a crew in my hometown that made these monster "rat fink" style super beefy super stretched/raked trikes and they are as badass as badass gets!
