I'm having problems with my auto start - its not functional anymore. The lights, indicators, but not the auto start.
Is this battery??

My Ruck got poured on one night and my electric start wouldn't work. Eventually it did start.....Moral of the story: Water bad !

???Check if your brake lights work, the system for the electric start uses the brake switches, so if they do not work , the electric starts desn't either

It must be the battery - I can hear it trying to turn-over, but there's not enough strength in the battery to do this.

mine only works once a day cause it sat for 2 yrs un started so the battery needs to be replaced but it fires right up with the kick start

It should charge up if you take it for a good high speed ride, like an hour or so.

I have the same problem sorta. I turn the key and nothing happens. I kickstart and it starts just fine.
