As you guys know there are some people who can get the ruckus to 50 mph with the GET motor. After some serious work on mine, i still can not get to the magical 50 MPH on a flat, i have ported the head, machined the block to take a bigger piston, raise the compresion and installed a big carb, now i have a way faster ruckus but not a fifty miler I can hang up with a guy with a slightly modify 2 cycle zuma, and in long straights i can beat him in top speed, but still no 50mph, i think the next step is getting the rider lighter, my doctor wants me to be less than 200 lbs by my birthday at the end of march (that is a 25 lb weight loss) I will report back when i get such a weight reduction

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM SET UP !!! My no bigbore zoomer Fi engine with less power than ruckus can do it. My first point to scooter performance always start from its transmission. More focus on variator, drive face, belt, rear pulley, torque spring, clutch, bell and final gear. Your powerful engine will give nothing without good transmission, right? 200lbs is fine for your powerful engine.
