need help bike on side of road far from home

its the pos side of the battery. the slim strap metal that you clamp down on the batt post leads to the back of a small wire harness, the one with all them fuses..
on the back of the strap metal it looks like,it pluged into 2 different wires in the back of the fuse block please help i have cell pics. The scoot gets no power now.
