1. are there any panels out there aside from making my own that replicate the underbelly protection of the stock floorboard?? the bottom section of the floorboard protects the fuel line section between the fuel tank and filter. also it doesnt allow any road debris from being slung up under your bike and accumulating. is there anything out there like that that i can use with say a carbon floor board and footrest?
2. does the keihin pe20 carb fit underneath the stock luggage pan? or any luggage pan?
3. are there any rear fenders out there for a 5" wheel? the wheel im referring to as at americanruckus.com
4. what is the weight of the stock triple tree? shocks? cnc shocks from battlescooter?
5. before tearing down and busting my knuckles all day, are the #3 pulley spring, blue clutch springs and lightened flywheel worth it? assuming the only other mod is a daytona drag variator with 6g rollers-

I'll answer best I can #1 IDK #2 IDK but you don't need that carb on a stock engine. #3 IDK #4 IDK #5 Not on a stock engine or without a CDI. You may very well suffer a loss of performance if your stock. If anything just do the flywheel and maybe a pulley spring...... maybe? I'm a big help I know

so stock 50cc, daytona drag with 6g rollers, lightened flywheel and the red pulley spring correct? toss in cdi or no? what value will cdi give me?? whats the theory behind the pulley spring?

Theory behind the pulley spring is to keep you in higher RPM's through the entire gear range. However it also requires you to run slightly heavier weights. If you are stock I wouldn't go more than the 3-5% spring.
If after installing the spring you find your now hitting the rev limiter that is when you install a CDI. If your not hitting the rev limit a CDI will do NOTHING.
Remember CDI's also endanger your stator not to mention more RPM's which can also shorten engine life.

to answer question 1, most people cut out that part of the stock floorboard and reinstall it under the gas tank, this way you can remove the ugly panels and still maintain the protection for your tank on the bottom.
