I've cleaned my ruckus twice since I have owned it, about 6 months, once with my hose and the other time with just some meguiars detail stuff for a car show. I read in the owners manual that it is not reccomended to power wash or use any high pressure to clean the ruck, as to not damage anything. Is this true? my ruck could use a bath but my water is so salty due to the water softener, i fear rusting in places I cant get my towel in to dry.

I've taken mine to a do it yourself car wash several times. No problems yet.

I just hose off, dry the seat and then drive it to work. A 2 mile drive in the Arizona summer dries it quite well. I would like an air compressor to get into the hard to reach places though.
