Best ever! I took 2 pieces of pvc pipe, about 16 inches long, cut 2 little holes about 1/4 inche apart on one side of each end, then on the outside [opposite from the holes], cut an "L" groove. The "L", starts at the end of the pipe, runs down about 3 inches, then turns to the side for about an inche. My ruckus is red, so, painted them red. Now, with zip ties, run the end into the pipe thru one hole, back out the other, do this on each end. Run the zip tie around the ruckus frame under the seat- preferably with a slight angle upwards to the rear. Now, you can carry a fishin rod in the pipe- just stick the handle down into the pipe, slide till the reel handle reaches the end of the "L", and turn the reel stem down into the bottom of "L" groove [this in effect "locks" the rod in place]. The fishin rod sticks out the back, like an antennae! One for each side, in case you want or need more than one. This works better for spinning rods with longer handles. I aint good at the picture thing, but I think you all can "see this in your mind". I'll work on getting pics, should anyone be interested or needy.

It's changed a little bit since, but here is a picture! I used actual rod holders purchased from a boating supply store! My new setup is better, but I have no pictures of it!
