Purchased a 2006 Ruckus recently. Battery appeared to be flat dead. Tried charging on my regular trickle charger @ 6v-6a and it never recovered. Had it checked @ Kragen and still had no cranking amps.
Purchased a new battery today (ytz7s Yuasa) and the gentleman at the counter told me to quick charge it out of the box @ my trickle chargers 12v 6a setting, for about an hour.
So after researching on the internet I am totally cornfused. My trickle charger has three settings, 6v 6a, 12v 2a, and 12v 6a. What setting and for how long?
Thanks, Mike

the battery is 12v i believe, so a quick charge would be 12v 6a. try charging your other battery on a 12v setting it may work.
