Is there enough space in the stock battery box for a 4 inch 100 watt amp to fit, and most all will it hurt anything on the bike. The amps true RMS power is gonna be around 50 watts on average. Would I have to do any mods to even do such a thing? Please help thanks guys.

the ruck charging system will not be able to handle the load.....and keep the battery charged at the same time. Just a guess tho?

Scooter charging systems are funny... They run the electronics and charge the battery on 12VDC, but then they also use unrectified 12VAC to run the lights.
Removing load from one side of the charging system doesn't necessarely mean you get to use that power on the other side, like going single headlamp (AC side) to free up 35 watts on the DC side.
If I *had* to run audio on a ruckus, I'd probably cut the low beam tab on one lamp, cut the high beam tab on the other lamp, freeing up 35 watts on the AC circuit, then using a small rectifier on the AC circuit to power a smaller (25W?) amp from the power freed up from the lamps, leaving the DC side of the starting/charging systrem untouched.
This would also mean power to the amp gets killed when the engine stops, so no sitting around with music with just the key On.
