In januari 2008 I bought a nice red fuel-injected Zoomer. I am never going to sell it, it is just super! This is the first time for me to modify a bike, although I have had several other bikes in the past.
But no babbling, you want pictures! This is what I've done to it:
Yamaha fork legs and Brembo brake-system
Seatcover
Rear light plus cool indicators
This is how my stuff got back from the metalshop, this is how my brother (sitting there, because there wasn't any space left anywhere else) and I transported it back home in the trusty Toyota Starlet.
Right after a 75 mile group ride with eight other zoomers and an atv.
Unique radiator covers, it's a limited edition of 14 pcs. I designed them myself.
Conversion rings for my rear hub-wheel connection.
The metalshop started making my custom framebrace, which is bolted to the side of the frame, instead of above the engine.
Finally got my Zoomer back from the metalshop for the rest of the parts.
Custom framebrace
Custom engine extension
M-type handle bars
Before:
After:
Check out the custom fabbed Supertrapp exhaust! Makes a beautiful deep and veeery loud noise!
Bought and installed my KCP clamp, looks way better than the rusty old one I had on it.
Also bought me some clutch stuff.
Painted the framebrace red, and added the rPro pegs. Also bought some frame protectors, more for the looks, but hey
New coolant tank and homemade rear fender.
Yoshi!! Also added a lower seatframe.
Then I crashed into a pole that was in the middle of the road. Luckily my fork wasn't bent. Speedy also soldered my I-Map, no more ghetto style electronics in my bbox.
If it's cold outside, no probs, we'll take it inside! (Ya see, mum, other people do it too!)
Old speedo looked like this after the crash:
My Metropolitan gears.
RPG extension kits from JiangWayne.
KCP custom made me this bracket to lower my headlight, a floating brakedisc and some framecaps. I designed them myself (just not the framecaps)
Here are some pics of the only ride I did last winter.
Everyone knows that drifting is more important than working right?
The rest of the winter was very bad for me, I've been in the hospital a lot, because I have a colon disease. They removed it in the last week of April. So I'm feeling a lot better now, and will update soon!
