i bought a fmf pipe for my ruckus and i was wondering the right settings for the new jetting. if anyone knows the setting it would really be appriciated.

If you only have the pipe, see if it is running fine without doing anything, then try adjusting the carb and lastly try one jet size (78) bigger. There is a how to on here for adjusting/jetting the carb.

I am doing the same except I plan on putting a K&N intake on it and remove the old air box, would rejetting be a good idea? and where would a good place to get a rejet kit, I found one on battlescooter but each jet is like $5usd and you only get one size instead of a variety.
