I changed my oil at 800 miles; and then I have forgoten to since. I am now at over 2600 miles. How often do you change your oil?

I am at over 3000 now, I changed it at 250, then 750, 1000, 2000, and haven't since.
I'll probably wait until 4000 miles to do it again. The oil in it still looks pretty fresh.

Change that oil all the time. Oil is the engines life blood. The Ruckus has no filter only a screen which makes oil changes more important. Follow the manual but I always cut what Honda says in half. If you use it in the dirt half it again.

I was told by my dealer to change the oil every 2,500 miles or more frequently when in dusty conditions.

I change mine every 1500 miles. I have about 1700 miles and just used fully synthetc Mobil 1 mx4t. Works great, no slippage.
This oil made a big difference on my Hayabusa in terms of shifting and engine performance.

Mobil 1 is great stuff. You can use the Harley Mobil 1 because it has no tranny too.
