Gas & Carb additive question

I have 2 scooters, an 09 Ruckus and an 09 125 Zuma. The Ruckus coughs a little bit when given throttle when she is still cold. The Honda dealer told me to use Stabil with every tank full. I have been doing this with both scooters. Should I also be adding a capfull of Seafoam or Techron or some other additive with each tankful to help clean out the carb, or is this worse for the bikes? Which of these additives should I be using. The Ruckus has about 1300 miles and the Yamaha about 600. The Zuma runs fine but it's fuel injected. I'm in Atlanta and the gas here is also 10% ethanol.

I like Seafoam, but I wouldn't put it in every tank. You could do a manual cleaning of your carb 2, I think there is a how to around here somewhere.
