Finally picked up an 04 ruckus with only 200 miles on it! Here is my cousin on it, on its first day home Rode it around for a few days and couldn't wait to start in on tearing it apart Here it is after my first trip to bowls It's going back to bowls this week to get all finished up! Can't wait! Looking forward to my first meet up in LA! Just got my Ruckus back from Bowls about a week ago. Only a couple more things to do like wheels. Nice work. You'll really making a lot of progress. Don't forget to get that helmet lock switched over from your old seatframe. You should be able to get it off with vice grips on what's left of the old bolt head. Don't grab the skinny middle shaft but grab the part that looks like a washer to loosen the bolt.
Hopefully you don't get caught out in a downpour with no fenders and an exposed air filter. It can get ugly pretty fast when the skies open.
The Yosh pipe looks amazing ......./drool
Be careful with those front signals. They look awesome but cars on the opposite side of the intersection can't see them so you gotta watch it when you're making left turns.
You powder coated the variator??? Really?
