i found the saddle bags at a harley swap meet. they were built for a 1966 kawasaki. they were brand new still in the box. they were raw fiberglass, i painted them flat black. the trunk was given to me. Attachments:

I really dig your wife's ride.
Could you give us a few details about the work you've done? and especially which white-walls she's using.
Did you just powder-coat the original wheels with red?
Great work!

the wife's sled is an 03 that was red. i work with people that are experts at upholstery. i found some red vinyl and had a woman from my work upholster the seat. not a stitch in it. it was pulled by hand to form to the foam. no wrinkles either. a friend of mine is a house painter by trade and he has a sand blaster. i had him blast the frame and wheels. i didn't remove the tires for the blasting. i sealed the bearings with big fat rubber gaskets and held them in place with big washers and ran a threaded rod through the axel holes on the wheels with a couple of nuts to keep the rubber gaskets in place. he primed the frame and wheels with a marine primer. i would say at least 3 coats. the red wheel paint is valspar cherry #65014 rattle can. after the wheels were sand blasted i masked the tires and bearing then my friend just painted them. the frame and battery box is painted with krylon ultra flat black camouflage rattle can. under the seat is aluminum diamond plate. it is 20 gauge, i think. i spent 8 hours cutting it to fit one saturday. it is held in place with conduit hangers. the kind that have rubber on them. wire ties would look crappy so i didn't want to use them. the white walls are port-a -walls and i got them from mooneyes. i removed the front fender and bobbed the rear fender. it's only about 6 inches long. you can barley see it under there. to do all of this the ruck had to be fully disassembled except for the engine.
