I would try a #78 jet. Please read the how-to on jetting.

I have an open air filter cone from Jiangwane, and i just got my Yoshimura carbon fiber exhaust, I have an #85 jet and it still pops, i look at the spark plugs and it seems to be burning very lean. I will increase the jet to an #90 and post the feedback!

The #90 worked the best for me, anything higher and it feels flooded, anything lower and it backfires!

backfiring on decel may also be a sign that your jetting is spot on.
