It was an unusual trip, most people that go to Antigua, do not go to Antigua, I got there right after a 747 had landed and there were like 200 people waiting in line at customs, but in the 3 days i spend there i saw none I got the car stated, but it was harder than i thought, the lead tech from the Nissan dealership picked me up from the airport, and on the way to the shop told me the story of the car and it was different from what i have been told in Miami, i realized then that is was not a common problem, and it took me 3 days to figure it out and fix it, these car have something called a BCM (body control module) which is a small computer that controls all the electric relays in the car to operate all the different electronic stuff like lights, wipers, Door lock remotes and one of those is the starting system as this car do not have a place to put your key and you have to have your remote press the brake and push a bottom, this BCM fits a lot of vehicle and it need to be configure to the model, they came from the factory configured, but appears that some one they have managed to configure this for a vehicle with stick shift, which require the clutch to be press, however this car was automatic so there was no clutch to press therefore the car could not be started, configuring this boxes is not easy as there is a bunch of options and you are suppose to print the configuration of the one in the car and then configure the new one to match, there was no old one so i had to play with all the different configurations, until i found the right one, thanks God i got it as i was losing hope i could ever get it right.

You'd think you wouldn't have to go that far to find a beach.
