I have had my ruckus since jan this year and recently started having a problem several months after the modifications. It was running just fine until it stop wanting to stay on when the motor is cold. I am farely new to this but i took off the floor board to check out the situation and found a hose that goes back to the air box with a slight hole in it so i replaced it but i still have the same problem. I already examined the settings of my carb and nothing is changed. I also put a NGK iridium plug on it. I could use a little help

I tried to adjust a screw at bottom of carb but it it turned all the way to the right and if I turn it to the left gas shoots out of hole at the bottom of the carb maybe that it not the mixture adjustment I checked out the carb info and battlescooter but that realy wasnt much help

Some threads down there is one called, how to adjust the ruckus/metro carb, you should read it. You are unscrewing the drain screw for the carb, not the idle misture which is on the side of the carb

Yeah! it might be a better idea, as it could be a lot of stuff, like the cold start valve or a lazy fuel pump

I do not know about the masters, but is hard to diagnosis from far, the cold start valve is one on the side of the carburator, that allows extra fuel to go in when the engine is cold, as it warms up it closes, it uses wax under presure (like a themostat) to expand when hot, but if it leaks out it will never open
