Well, MAHAWK and I headed out for a Memorial Day Ride hitting the backroads. After workin' the backsides of Tullahoma, Winchester, and Estill Springs, we finally headed to Cowan on some select backroads (after a stop at our house to get my camera I forgot during the long first leg... )
The Farmers are finally gettin' enough break in the rain to plant.......
After gettin' to Cowan, we stopped at the restored Texaco Station ala 1958........
Shootin' through the window (it was closed), this is what's on the inside.....
Then it was across the way to Franklin County's First Court House (1807), Gazebo, and Railroad Museum......
Then it was more backroads before finally reachin' home....Beautiful Day......I stripped my Ruckus back down, and installed Bar End mirrors.....MAHAWK's still is "loaded".... ;D
I LEARNED A LONG TIME AGO, BEST WAY TO REALIZE THE DANGER OF YOUR PACE IS WHEN IT GOES FROM THAT SPEED TO ZERO REALLY ABRUPTLY, MIGHTA' BEEN FASTER THAN YOU THOUGHT.....SKUUTER
