I must of forgot to know on wood. I got soaked to and from work today. I really need to get some rain gear. Did I mention that it was only 38F? Firegut, I'm putting together a Portland ride on 4/18 if you're interested. It sounds like a few people are going to ride down from Seattle for the day. It was the first nice day in a long time today! I got out and put some miles on the Ruckus just for fun. My big bore motor is still unning strong thanks to chanito! I hit 52mph and broke 50mph for the first time today. ;D

Justintime, I would love to ride. But, It's my girlfriends 21st birthday. And she doesn't have wheels. I might try to sneak a little time, but if not, let me know how it goes.

OK...I'm finally back.....we took a 2-up Smokies Area DN-01 Trip, then had to replace the house water heater upon returning, and some extra carpenter work that was associated with it........ ;D.....I hate plumbing........

did anyone rided his ruck in the snow? I rided mine in one inch of snow this morning and I noticed something: that scooter does good in the snow!

did anyone rided his ruck in the snow? I rided mine in one inch of snow thismorning and I noticed something: that scooter does good in the snow! I rode mine last year in it a coupla' times, and we had a Big Ruckus....I had to ride home in it from about 40 miles away once on it....."that" was an interesting trip............ ...not sure how well my new Boppers would handle the snow.....

Snow's never been much of a problem.... just when there's ice under the snow...

...not sure how well my new Boppers would handle the snow..... Boppers don't DO snow. A half inch deep was enough for me to get sideways on take off. Never before have I been able to break the rear loose without locking up the front and throwing my weight forward. I didn't get to go anywhere that night.

I haven't had any trouble in the rain yet. I feel safer with the boppers. I used to get a little squirrely in a light rain on the kendas, but haven't noticed since the boppers.

Here, in Miami we get tropical downpours and the roads get flooded, the stocks could navigate on running water pretty good, the Michelins aquaplane way earlier Now on dry or just wet road they are far superior
