I say yes, but not by much. I'd say on the sister's bike, it was worth about 3 kph in a 400m trap.

I think not much by itself but probably a lot with the right exhaust I'd add, it's probably a cummulative thing. By itself it's probably nothing, but add other tiny mods here and there and insignificant stuff adds together to create a few more mph.

Now, I agree that it would compound other mods. But I would be surprised if an otherwise stock engine had an increase of power of more than 1-2%.
