I read through this forum, and i am quite stumped. I have an exhaust, intake, rejet. I recently installed my cdi, as I was hitting limiter by 40mph. Now I am trying to dial in my jets. At idle if I sit at a light for a little it'll bog or wanna stall when I go to pull away. only for a second, then it runs awesome. At WOT if I let off it'll pop/backfire. My plug looks perfect brown color. If I increase main, that shouldn't effect idle right? I mean it seems like SJ is to big, but MJ is too small.
And chinto, my mixture screw is about 1/8 turn on the lean side.... thoughts?

Sounds to me like a lean idle mixture, i would reset my idle mixture. itb would help if we know which sizes jets do you have on the scooter

35 will make the idle leaner go for a 40 or even a 42. It may be a little rich but at least it wont stall.

Well to me it sounds like its lean. Its not bogging out but more like getting smothered with too much air. I did aan exaughst and intake thing on mine and bigger sj was better.
