I am having a hard time finding a place to purchase the service manuals recommended paste/grease/oil. Specifically: molybdenum oil, molybdenum paste, and molybdenum grease. Should I be able to get these at an auto parts store? Or will any multi-purpose grease do just as well? I asked for them at my local auto zone and they had no idea what I was talking about. Is there another name they go buy? I'm not the only one who has thought to buy this stuff am I?

Any good engine oil will do, the molibdenum paste is a moli base antiseize compound that can withstand a lot of pressure, and the grease they should have as is very common, just go to a big autopart store and ask for that

I usually just mix a little engine oil with a moly based grease on a piece of cardboard....use what I need and pitch the rest.
