Just a post showing the small mods I've done since getting my RUCKUS in August. So far I've added the pegs, got a handlebar beg, screened off under the seat, made rock guards for the headlights, put decals on the battery box, shortened the rear light post, moved the rear reflector, added a buddy seat, and a few other aesthetic mods. Oh, and I have the KN variator and run 8g weights, which let me run at 40 on flats/44 tucking at 35F, and I've had it up to 47 downhill with a buddy on the back (400 lbs) And thats with the stock rev limiter. Fun. Stock After mods

Not too big a difference, but I like the stock look.

Nice work....tastefully done. Have you considered trimming the rear fender ducktail?

Considered it, but I don't like the lines of the tail after it is cut, and i really don't see what's wrong with the ducktail.

I think some cut jobs look sharp and others look sloppy. Here's the one I did to my first Ruckus, I really like this line because it gets rid of the ducktail but it still keeps it as long as possible in the center so virtually no splatters get on the scoot. The ducktails not that bad looking, I really just cut mine off because I wanted something to do and I think it looks a wee bit better.

I did end up trimming the fender today, but i kept a bit of the lip on to help fend off road spray. I think it has a more finished look as well.

What did you use to cut the fender? It looks very clean.
