Hey its not rocket science the one that looks like a rivot its a backwards screw and the one that looks like a allen key hole is just to keep the lock in place. with a pressure plier grip the rivot looking one and loosen remember righty tighty lefty loosy and make sure to grip it right if not you will strip the F@%K out of it. i just did my lowered seat frame on friday and took me about 25 mins to do with the removal and replacement of the lock with a lil of johnny walker thanks hope this helps. let me know if this worked.

quitter hey man i got a heavy duty "PRESSURE PLIER" and with the front of the teeth of the plier grip the screw TIGHT gently turn man i feel your pain but by then i would pulled out a grinder and grinded the whole bracket out and rewelded it to the other lowered frame lmao jk patience is the key to success. i have a 2002 Honda Civic with 146k miles on it SPOONED Out and everything i do it with patience

Moved mine today, used a small pair of vice grips. Took all of five minutes.

The way i did it (thx to tip on TR) was to grind a slot into the head of the rivet looking screw, and take a big screw driver to it. Worked great. Then I just replaced it with a metric bolt. peace
