Apparently, it's a flash game where the city grows with each individual page visit.

Only visiting a page a game does not make.
I'm now going to say something horrible:
Gaia Online - That's a "game".
Ugh. I've said it. I never thought I'd be in a situation to reference that place in a positive manner -_-, but the point is, that mini city grows with page visits, while a place lika gaia allows you to buy a accessories for your character, a house, furnishings, etc. the problem is, if everythign was free, everyone would have an awesome house from the get go and there'd be no point. Instead you get "gold" to buy stuff with with every post.
Seems like a good idea eh? With good moderation it'd be, but sadly, that place is overrun by spam, and the mods are so incompetent that they let the spam alone and move/delete the actual content. It's so full of spam that depending on the time of day, if you post a new thread, by the time you refresh back to the thread index, your post might already have fallen to page 10, or worse! I've seen it happen!
Also, I don't want to seem prejudiced, but this guy has 1 post, and his single post is something linking to a site that does something on a "per page visit" basis... smells like meat in a square can to me -_-'

I let it slide since it doesn't seem malicious. I've had to deal with much worse spammers than this.
